The rules for using this site. Plain language, because you should be able to read them.
By using Skin Tags Gone (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. The Site is informational only
The Site is a publisher and directory. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it creates no clinician–patient relationship. This is important enough that it has its own page — read the medical disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms. In a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Listings are not endorsements
Providers appear because of our editorial review, described in our editorial policy. Inclusion, ordering, or description of a provider is not an endorsement, referral, recommendation, or guarantee of their licensure, availability, pricing, or results. We are not a party to anything between you and a provider, and we receive no payment from them. Verify credentials and current pricing with the practice before booking.
3. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but information — especially prices and practice details — changes. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy provider data or other content;
- republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission;
- use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to listed practices;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to access it other than through the interface we provide;
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, and organization are owned by Skin Tags Gone and protected by copyright. Practice names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those practices. You may link to our pages freely and quote briefly with attribution.
6. Third-party sites
We link to practice websites and other third-party resources for your convenience. We don’t control them, don’t endorse them by linking, and aren’t responsible for their content, practices, or privacy handling.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Tags Gone and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Site, including any interaction with or treatment by a provider listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Skin Tags Gone against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
